Ordering & Shipping

Order Status

For status on any order, please log into MY ACCOUNT

Shipping

Orders that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt. Orders for items that are not in stock will be shipped in approximately 2 weeks; you will be notified upon receipt of the order with an approximate shipping date, and again on the actual date that the order is shipped. We will notify you if the product you ordered is unavailable or on backorder. Due to constant changes in stock availability, South Nest does not guarantee an exact shipping date on its items. Please contact us directly if you need an order to be shipped by a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We use UPS to deliver orders. Several options are available depending on your shipping needs, including UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Air. Standard in-transit time is typically 2 – 5 business days, depending on location. Orders are shipped from Tucson, Arizona.

You will receive an email with a tracking number, when available, when your order ships.
South Nest ships to the continental US. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. For international orders or delivery outside the continental US, please contact us.

Furniture can be shipped anywhere in the continental US by truck. Please contact us for shipping quotes and availability of item.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept personal checks or Money Orders at this time.

Return Policy

At South Nest, we want every customer to be happy! If there is a problem with your order or if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us immediately. We must receive any return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Any packages returned to us without prior notification and authorization will be refused and returned to sender. Items must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. Shipping and Handling charges are not refunded. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us.

Exchange requests are for 100% credit (not including shipping) to South-nest.com or the Old Brazil retail store. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. We suggest that you inspect all products from South Nest upon receipt of shipment to determine any freight damage. If you would like to report damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced at no cost to our customers. If South Nest is unable to replace or correct the problem, we will send out a call tag for the item, and the restocking fee is waived.
